Happy Days Lodge (5 bedrooms)

Happy Days Lodge is a 1940’s restored farm house with a living area, kitchen, dining room, and 5 queen bed suites, each having a private bath. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cold drink on the large shaded deck overlooking the old Mill House as you relax to the sounds of the water rushing over the waterfall. [Accommodates up to 10 people] $500 per night.

Holland House (5 bedrooms)

Holland House is J. R. Holland’s original two-story home, built in 1891. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 queen beds, 4 baths, a huge kitchen, dining room, and two living areas. The picturesque home is located across the street from the central property offering a quiet and unique stay. Enjoy the large yard with a variety of gorgeous trees. Gather around the large dining table in the dining room that looks out on the lovely back yard and barn. [Accommodates up to 12 people] $500.00 per night.

Ranch House (4 bedrooms)

The Ranch House boasts beautiful western decor and offers 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a living room, and a kitchen/dining area. The home is tucked away on the edge of the property where you can enjoy nature as you relax on the large wrap-around porch. [Accommodates 4-8 people] $400 per night.

Rutherford House (4 bedroom)

Rutherford House is a beautiful two-story house complete with a large kitchen, breakfast room, formal dining room, living area, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Decorated with antiques, this house is surrounded by massive oak trees. A meeting room/living room accommodates up to 20 people. [Accommodates 5-8 people] $400 per night.
