  • 6 months ahead of the event to remind them about deposits and the number of rooms reserved

  • 4 months ahead of the event to remind groups about the cancellation policy

  • 2 months ahead of the event to remind groups about the payment policy and to help event organizers prepare their attendees for a retreat at Summers Mill

  • 1 month ahead of the event to gather details on setup needs
